Due to calendar scheduling, number of applications received, and administrative processing, there has been a revision to resident notification response. Effective as of May 6, 2026, residents will receive notification no later than ten (10) days after the scheduled Architectural Meeting. Update: Spring Walk Throughs to begin June 15
THE ARCHITECTURAL AND BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS committees will begin the spring walk through starting June 15 and continuing through Fall. Please inspect your siding, patio, walkways for dirt and mold; all should be cleaned by no later than July 15. Sometime in early May residents should inspect their property for any items that may be in violation and correct/clean/repair/remove before we inspections begin.
