This is a reminder from the administrator's office that unfortunately, due to the grounding and bonding delays, the township pool inspection has also been delayed, and the tentative township inspection is scheduled for Thursday, May 28. So the pool will remain closed until after the township inspection is completed and the permit is issued. We hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend and have a very pleasant evening.

At the request of residents, The Board of Trustees revisited the change to the Architecture, Buildings & Grounds, Bylaws and the Finance & Insurance committees requiring members be deeded owners in good standing. After listening, the Board in response has revised that policy to require deeded owners only for the Finance and Insurance & the Bylaws committee. Update: Spring Walk Throughs to begin June 15
THE ARCHITECTURAL AND BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS committees will begin the spring walk through starting June 15 and continuing through Fall. Please inspect your siding, patio, walkways for dirt and mold; all should be cleaned by no later than July 15. Sometime in early May residents should inspect their property for any items that may be in violation and correct/clean/repair/remove before we inspections begin. Update: Pool Gate Fob Activation
The POOL FOB activation forms can now be filled out at the office from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, MONDAY – FRIDAY. In addition, Saturday, May 9th you may come to the clubhouse lobby and fill the form out between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Pool gate fob activation is required for all residents wishing to access the pool. Activation will require residents to read the 2026 Pool Rules and sign the 2026 Swimming Pool Rules Compliance Form.

Update - Schedule for LHS Road Paving
Milling and paving specific LHS streets will begin the week of April 13th, weather permitting. All vehicles must be removed from the street while milling and paving is in progress. The work should take about 4 days to complete. If you require alternative parking, parking will be made available in the main lot of the clubhouse. Please contact the office for a parking permit if needed.

Pool Gate Fob Activation
Pool gate fob activation is required for all residents wishing to access the pool. Activation will require residents to read the 2026 Pool Rules and sign the 2026 Swimming Pool Rules Compliance Form.
