Monday, April 13th, the Board of Trustees meeting is scheduled for 9:00 am in the conference room. Milling and paving specific LHS streets will begin the week of April 13th, weather permitting. All vehicles must be removed from the street while milling and paving is in progress. The work should take about 4 days to complete. If you require alternative parking, parking will be made available in the main lot of the clubhouse. Please contact the office for a parking permit if needed.

Pool gate fob activation is required for all residents wishing to access the pool. Activation will require residents to read the 2026 Pool Rules and sign the 2026 Swimming Pool Rules Compliance Form. Due to the amount of snow accumulated during the blizzard, the clubhouse and office will remain closed tomorrow, Tuesday, February 24th. All scheduled activities and meetings for Tuesday are canceled. Please be advised that if you plan to do laundry, make sure your dryer vent is cleared of any snow so it can vent properly.
