On September 23, 2026, residents of LHS voted to accept the proposed Amendment to the By-Laws, Article III, Section 6, to eliminate the Board’s duty to paint the exterior trim on the Living Units. There were 178 YES Votes to accept the amendment and 45 NO Votes to reject the amendment. Two of the opened ballots were deemed invalid due to stray marks or check marks in both yes and no boxes.
