Update: Spring Walk Throughs to begin June 15

THE ARCHITECTURAL AND BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS committees will begin the spring walk through starting June 15 and continuing through Fall.

Please inspect your siding, patio, walkways for dirt and mold;  all should be cleaned by no later than July 15.

Sometime in early May residents should inspect their property for any items that may be in violation and correct/clean/repair/remove before we inspections begin. It will save you and the committee time, with written violations and re-inspections. You may refer to the LHS Bylaws and Architectural Rules and Regulations as needed.
