Monday, April 13th, the Board of Trustees meeting is scheduled for 9:00 am in the conference room. Milling and paving specific LHS streets will begin the week of April 13th, weather permitting. All vehicles must be removed from the street while milling and paving is in progress. The work should take about 4 days to complete. If you require alternative parking, parking will be made available in the main lot of the clubhouse. Please contact the office for a parking permit if needed.

This year we will be implementing FOB access to the swimming pool . You will be using the same FOB you have, but it will need to be activated to allow this additional access. Pool gate fob activation is required for all residents wishing to access the pool. Activation will require residents to read the 2026 Pool Rules and sign the 2026 Swimming Pool Rules Compliance Form. The 2026 Swimming Pool Rules Compliance form may only be obtained from the office. The pool rules will be provided to you for reading prior to signing the compliance form. The Sign-up deadline and season start date have changed. League play starts May 7 (weather permitting) and ends October 1. League play is on Thursday's at 9:00am. April 15 is the last day to sign up for the season. You can sign up individually or with a partner you are comfortable playing with. Teams may change based on player handicaps. Shuffleboard Sign ups are completed and the season will be starting 4/15/26.  Roster's and schedule will be added to the website shortly.
