AARP Smart Driving Course
Mark your calendars, the AARP Smart Driving Course is coming to Lions Head South on September 10 from 8:30am-3pm in the Lion’s Den. There is a limit of 25 participants. Sign up's will be on Monday mornings starting August 10. This is a reminder from the administrator's office that unfortunately, due to the grounding and bonding delays, the township pool inspection has also been delayed, and the tentative township inspection is scheduled for Thursday, May 28. Please inspect your siding, patio, walkways for dirt and mold; all should be cleaned by no later than July 15. Sometime in early May residents should inspect their property for any items that may be in violation and correct/clean/repair/remove before we inspections begin. Update: Pool Gate Fob Activation
The POOL FOB activation forms can now be filled out at the office from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, MONDAY – FRIDAY. In addition, Saturday, May 9th you may come to the clubhouse lobby and fill the form out between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Pool gate fob activation is required for all residents wishing to access the pool. Activation will require residents to read the 2026 Pool Rules and sign the 2026 Swimming Pool Rules Compliance Form.
