Update - Schedule for LHS Road Paving
Milling and paving specific LHS streets will begin the week of April 13th, weather permitting. All vehicles must be removed from the street while milling and paving is in progress. The work should take about 4 days to complete. If you require alternative parking, parking will be made available in the main lot of the clubhouse. Please contact the office for a parking permit if needed.

Pool Gate Fob Activation
Pool gate fob activation is required for all residents wishing to access the pool. Activation will require residents to read the 2026 Pool Rules and sign the 2026 Swimming Pool Rules Compliance Form. The Sign-up deadline and season start date have changed. League play starts May 7 (weather permitting) and ends October 1. League play is on Thursday's at 9:00am.
