Architectural Applications Update

Due to calendar scheduling, number of applications received, and administrative processing, there has been a revision to resident notification response.

Effective as of May 6, 2026, residents will receive notification no later than ten (10) days after the scheduled Architectural Meeting. You will be contacted by Robocall from the office concerning your application status.

All submitted Architectural Applications MUST be on the current 2026 form and all information MUST be completed. Please use the correct forms for Tree Trimming or Removal. Any application submitted incomplete will be denied.
