As of October 16th, the irrigation system/sprinkler system has been turned off for the season.
Federal Irrigation will begin the winterizing process of blowing out the lines beginning Monday.
October 9th Greens Masters informed the office of bicycle tire marks found
on the golf course greens for the past few mornings and again on
Tuesday October 13th. The bicycle has been entering on and around the 4th green and 4th tee located on Ashford Dr.
The police department has been notified and surveillance has been activated on
the course. The office is requesting residents to notify the office of any suspicious activity on or near the golf course.
We appreciate your help in addressing this matter.
A reminder from the Architectural committee.
When filling out an application, you must include: A DESCRIPTION OF WORK
REQUIRED. Specify the location, materials, all dimensions,
a sketch or diagram of proposed work and all relevant information pertinent
to this for the committee’s consideration.
In addition, COLOR CHIPS MUST BE SUBMITTED for all siding, doors, etc. and roof shingle color sample OR manufacturer name and color must be
submitted with application.
A picture of any patio fencing style must be attached to application.
If any required information is missing, the application will be denied.
