Bylaws Vote Results - Painting

On September 23, 2026, residents of LHS voted to accept the proposed Amendment to the By-Laws, Article III, Section 6, to eliminate the Board’s duty to paint the exterior trim on the Living Units. There were 178 YES Votes to accept the amendment and 45 NO Votes to reject the amendment. Two of the opened ballots were deemed invalid due to stray marks or check marks in both yes and no boxes. The total number of envelopes received was 291. Of these, 66 envelopes were rejected and not opened due mainly to no identification of the address/residence, which is necessary for verification of membership and good standing in the association.
