Tree Trimming Revision

Please be advised as of July 27, 2026 the Board of Trustees; approved Architectural Tree Requirements for trimming and pruning revisions as follows:

• Front yard trees will not require an application for trimming and or pruning.

• However, Residents will still be required to submit An Architectural Application for any trimming or pruning for trees located in the Residential Buffer Zones.

  
  

Residential Buffer Zones are areas located on the side or rear of your property.

Resident are prohibited to address any trees located in the Common Ground Areas. Please contact the office for any concerns regarding trees located in the common ground areas.

This information will be included in the September Pride and also located on the website, along with an revised tree trimming application.
