The following important message is regarding the impending storm. This message will cover everything you need to know, and there will not be a robocall tomorrow night as usual.
The National Weather Service has issued a blizzard warning for our area, with the storm starting tomorrow morning and continuing into Monday morning.
In the interest of safety, we will be closing the clubhouse both tomorrow and Monday. Please note that all activities and meetings will be canceled.
The Township of Brick requests that all residents remove their vehicles from the street so the township DPW can have clear roads for plowing. By pulling up to your garage door, you should be able to fit 2 cars in your driveway if necessary.
A reminder that once the township has completed plowing the streets, Turf Masters will begin removing the snow from the driveways and the walkway to the front door. The walkway does not mean your front sidewalks that are parallel to the street. Residents are responsible for removing snow from the front sidewalks and for salting any area on your property that has been cleared. Subsequently, Turf Masters will clear the mailboxes and the fire hydrants.
Please take all precautions and bring in or tie down anything that could be blown away or blown about and damaged by the wind. Charge any electronics you need and make sure you have batteries and flashlights available in case you lose power. Also, please check on your neighbors and offer help if you are able. We appreciate your patience during this storm and in the cleanup afterward. Please stay safe.
