Here is a message From the Architectural Committee; All Architectural Applications submitted without proper documentation will not be processed.

All applications MUST  contain a description of material and dimensions of work being completed, and if a color selection is necessary, a color chip is REQUIRED or the application will be denied.

Please make sure you use current applications. They are available on the

website or in the office.

Reminder, The first Recreation Committee meeting is Tuesday, Feb.10 at

5PM in the clubhouse.  Chairperson Bob DeFeo is Looking forward to

seeing you all there

The Clubhouse meeting on 2/11 is canceled. The first meeting of

the year will be March 11 at 1:00 pm in the Lion’s Den.

Ticket sales for the Social Committee’s Cozy Comfort Potluck dinner are

Monday February 9th from 9:30 to 11:00 am in the clubhouse. Tickets are

$10 each which helps offset our costs for miscellaneous items needed for

this event. If you wish to purchase a ticket and can’t get to the clubhouse,

please let the office know and someone will reach out to you to arrange

delivery.
