You are receiving this Saturday Robo message due weather reports

alerting of high winds, ice and currently an undetermined amount of snow fall.

Please be sure you are prepared, checking for filled prescriptions,

flashlights, batteries, food, water and ice melt.

Township will begin plowing at 4 inches. Cars must be removed from the

roadway. By pulling your car close to the garage door, you will be able to fit

two (2) cars in your driveway without impeding on the sidewalk. Check with

neighbors for available space.  LHSA contractual residential snow removal

will start after Brick Township has plowed the roads within LHS.  LHSA

Contractual snow removal shall include driveways, areas in front of the

garage doors, front walkways leading to all front doors, fire hydrants,

mailboxes and the RV area.

Homeowners are responsible for snow removal of front sidewalks, salting

and ice removal of driveways, walkways, and front sidewalks.

However, if there is a snowfall total of 10 inches the Board of Trustees

has approved for contractual snow removal of all sidewalks.

Due to the threat of freezing temperatures and ice the clubhouse and

administrative office will be closed on Monday.

The Standing Committee Meeting has been rescheduled to Wednesday at

9:00 AM

The 2026 recreation committee chairperson.  We are looking for additional

members for the recreation committee for 2026.  If interested please fill out

the standing committee form on the website or notify the office.  Our first

meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 2/10 at 5PM
