At the request of residents, The Board of Trustees revisited the change to

the Architecture, Buildings & Grounds, Bylaws and the Finance & Insurance

committees requiring members be deeded owners in good standing.

After listening, the Board in response has revised that policy to require

deeded owners only for the Finance and Insurance & the Bylaws

committee.  We believe that the sensitivity and responsibilities of these two

committees warrant this restriction. What remains the same is that you

must be a deeded owner to be a chair or vice chair of any committee.

APPLICATIONS UPDATE:  Due to calendar scheduling, the number of

Architectural applications received , and administrative processing, there has been a revision to resident notification response.

Effective as of May 6, 2026, residents will receive notification no later than

ten (10) days after the scheduled Architectural Meeting.

You will be contacted by Robocall from the office of your application status.

and all information MUST be completed.  Please use the correct forms for

Tree trimming or Removal.  Any application submitted incomplete will be
