Hello Lions Head South… I am happy to be filling in for Kathleen this weekend. Here are your messages for this week…

-The annual commercial cleaning of clubhouse flooring is scheduled for Tuesday,

November 25th. The clubhouse will be closed to all residents from 8:00am on Tuesday, November 25th  until Wednesday, November 26th  at 7:00am.

-Ballots for the LHS Trustee election must be returned to the locked white ballot box by noon tomorrow.

-Residents are reminded that there will be a 1pm open meeting for the Trustee vote count, and a 5pm meeting to review the bylaws tomorrow.

Bring your old and new copies of the bylaws if you have any questions.

-2026 Maintenance coupons may be picked up in the office on Wednesday, December 3rd, on Wednesday, December 10th, or on Monday, December 15th,

from 10-11am. If your bank sends your payments, your coupons will be kept in the office.

-The Men’s Club Beefsteak Dinner is sold out.

Breakfast with Santa tickets will be sold tomorrow morning in the clubhouse from 9:30-11:00.

Guest tickets (at $55 each) will also be sold for the December 9th

Men’s Club Holiday Party.

Tickets are also still available for the Mega 50/50 raffle.

-There will be a meeting of the volunteers for Breakfast with Santa on Tuesday, November 11th at 5PM in the clubhouse.

-Free tickets will be distributed tomorrow morning as well for the Lions Head South Open House and chorus performance on Saturday, December 6th.

This is a residents only event. Light refreshments will be served.

-The Social Committee is looking for volunteers for the annual Christmas parade on Saturday December 13th.

-The movie, “Did You Hear About the Parkers?,” starring Hugh Grant and Sarah Jessica Parker, will be shown on Sunday, November 16th at 2PM in the Lions Den.
