THE ARCHITECTURAL AND BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS committees will begin the spring walk through starting Mid-June and continuing through Fall.

Please inspect your siding, patio, walkways for dirt and mold;  all should be cleaned by no later than July 15.

Sometime in early May, inspect your own property for any items that may be in violation and correct/clean/repair/remove before we begin inspections.

It will save you and the committee time, with written violations and re-inspections. You may refer to the by-laws and architectural rules and

regulations as needed.

The POOL FOB activation forms can now be filled out at the office from

9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, MONDAY – FRIDAY.

In addition, Saturday, May 9th you may come to the clubhouse lobby and fill the form out between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

The Library meeting will be this coming Thursday, May 7th at 11:30.

Please try to attend to discuss library business updates.

The office was notified that a coyote was spotted in our community so please be on the lookout when walking your pets.

Remember You MUST use a leash no longer than six (6) feet in length at all times for the safety of everyone, including the dogs.

And please remember to pickup after your pets!

membership dues must be received by the end of May or your membership

will lapse. Please send in or bring to Wednesday's Luncheon.
