Reminder, this Thursday, April 23rd and the following Thursday, April 30th from 12:00-1:30 pm, Jana will be in the clubhouse lobby to distribute the

Pool Rules for 2026, along with a compliance form for each resident to sign. Your existing FOB will have pool access added to it prior to the pool opening.

Starting May 1st, any residents needing their fob to be activated for the pool may come to the office between the hours of 9-12:00, Monday thru Friday.

When walking your pets in this beautiful weather you must use a leash no longer than six (6) feet in length at all times for the safety of everyone, including the dogs. And please remember to pickup after your pets!

PLEASE, Bag it, Take it, and Trash it in your own receptacles.

Tomorrow, April 20th between 9:30-11 AM, LHCC will be selling 20/20 tickets and tickets for the monthly drawing of $300. Tickets are $10 each.

Last month’s winner was John Greis from Lions Head North.

Tickets will also be on sale for the Social Clubs Cinco de Mayo event to be held on Sunday, May 3rd, from 5-8:00. Ticket price of $30 includes a DJ for dancing, a taco buffet, and margaritas…but you must bring your own tequila!

The Travel Club will be collecting for The River Lady cruise in July and deposit for Cape May/Atlantic trip in December.
