Basic CPR, AED use, & Choking Relief Workshop

The Activities Coordinating Council (ACC) is pleased to present a free workshop covering basic CPR, AED use and choking relief.

Hands on CPR Training

What will be covered: Basic CPR, choking-relief techniques and familiarizing residents in the use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator).

When a cardiac or choking crisis happens, a matter of seconds becomes a matter of life or death.

Please note that the program is not a CPR Certification course. Hope to see everyone there.
