A reminder from the Architectural Committee
When filling out an application, you must include: A DESCRIPTION OF WORK REQUIRED Specify the location materials, all dimensions a sketch or diagram of proposed work all relevant information pertinent to this for the committee’s consideration In addition, COLOR CHIPS MUST BE SUBMITTED for all siding, doors, etc. and roof shingle color sample OR manufacturer name and color must be submitted with application. A picture of any patio fencing style must be attached to application.
