When a resident notices a street light outage, there are 3 simple steps for reporting:

  1. Get the pole# that is located on the street side in black letters & the nearest house address. Then call the LHS office (732 920-9099) to check if it was previously reported.

  2. If outage has not yet been reported, advise the office you are reporting and this will be added to the outage document kept by office.

  3. Call JCP&L's 800# on your bill OR go online to your JCP&L/First Energy account and click on 'Outages - Outdoor Lighting Problem' and follow the prompts to report the light outage.

Note: the Security Committee is monitoring for outages as well.

Thank you for keeping Lions Head South SAFE!
