The Recreation Committee announces their first ever Fall Bracket Tournament on Saturday, October 4. We are plan to host tournaments for both Bocce and Shuffleboard depending on the signups. This is a great opportunity for those who have played in the past, as well as for new participants.

The entry fee is $5 cash per event with prizes being awarded for the 1st and 2nd place finishers.

How will it work?

• Each tournament will be set up bracket style just like March Madness.

• Teams will be randomly selected to start the tournament, with the winners advancing throughout the day.

• All games will be on Saturday, 10/4. Start time is TBD but we expect to start in the morning.

• The early round games will be timed, and/or a mercy rule to keep the day moving. This will be determined based on the number of participants.

• Final games will be played as regulation without a time limit.

o Bocce – 15 points

o Shuffleboard - 75 points

How do I join?

In person signups will be in the clubhouse for the next 2 Mondays (9/22, 9/29) from 9:30am to 11:00am.
